Pay Your Dues
Assessments are due on the 1st of the month. Accounts over 15 days late will be charged a $35.00 late fee.
The Association’s 2024 monthly General Assessment is $25.36 per home. Each home has an additional monthly service fee based on the type of home:
Townhouse Service Fee – an additional $96.77 per home.
Single Family Home Service Fee – an additional $34.93 per home.
Active Adult Service Fee – an additional $147.29 per home.
Payment booklets are mailed out annually in December.
If your account is in arrears and you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact our office to discuss your options.
Pay Online
You can pay your dues online through your HOA’s bank, Alliance Association Bank.
Use the following information when paying online:
Mgmt. ID – 6794 Assn. ID – BRS
Account numbers are unique to each home and can be found on your coupon.
