Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee is made up of a chair and 4 members. We will be meeting the second Monday of each month until the first of the year, and at that time we will likely move to quarterly meetings. We would like to remind everyone that when we consider applications we use the ARC guidelines from the Coventry website so please be sure you have followed these guidelines in any application you put forth. To date, we have received and approved two applications and we look forward to further serving the community.

Communications Committee
The Communications Committee has been busy putting together a community newsletter. For those of you that Coventry Group has an email on file, the newsletter was sent out in an email blast.
Safety Committee
The Safety Committee had their first meeting on September 14th.

By-Laws Review Advisory Committee (BRAC)
The By-Laws Review Advisory Committee completed a first review of the HOA documents in December and presented it to the Board for review; the committee has also presented comments to the ARB for their consideration. Quarterly meetings are planned, the next one being in February; the committee would welcome additional members. If interested, please contact your community manager and she will share your contact information with the committee chair.
