The Apple Mountain Board of Directors voted at the March 2019 meeting to require a full grading plan submission with the ARC application process.  This is for new construction on lots that have no house or driveway on the lot.  The change was is effective May 1, 2019.  The new ARC form will be included in the disclosure package for all new purchasers.

The Apple Mountain documents under Article 3. Section iv allow for the board to request the full grading plan as a requirement for new construction.  The Board reviewed the documents and determined the grading plan would aid the board in reviewing and approving new construction.  As Apple Mountain continues to be developed the impact of construction on the culverts and road maintenance is changing yearly.  The grading plan requirement provide the additional information that driveways and culverts will be placed properly and the culvert size is adequate for the driveway building lot.
