UPDATE 03/26/2024: Brothers Paving finished the paving project ahead of schedule and have opened up the parking lot. The parking spaces will be crack sealed, sealed and striped/numbered at a later date when the ground temperatures warm up.
UPDATE: The drive lanes in your community are scheduled to be milled and paved Monday and Tuesday, March 25th and 26th.
Updates will be sent in an email blast (to those I have an email address for) and posted on the website https://coventrygrp.com/lakeview/. The website will be updated daily.
When the project begins, all vehicles must be removed from the parking by 8:00 a.m. or they will be towed out of the parking lot at the owner’s expense so that the work can commence.
This project is weather permitting. Please visit the website for updates. We will do our best to keep everyone up to speed with any changes to this schedule. Please talk to your neighbors about this if you see them so that no one is caught off guard with the need to remove their vehicles from the parking spaces.
Parking will be allowed temporarily along Chinkapin and Hackberry during this time. Parking is not permitted on the commons.
The parking lot will be blocked off once all the vehicles have been moved out and will remained blocked off until the lot is drivable. Estimated time is 48hours from start to finish if everyone cooperates and moves their vehicles and do not attempt to drive on the lot during this time.
