Chatham Square sealing project will begin on Monday, August 21st. ALL vehicles must be moved by 6:30 a.m. Any vehicle not moved will be towed at the owners expense.

08-08-2023 It was brought to managements attention that someone moved the cones on Barrington Lane and parked in the parking lot. There is also a Gold Ford 500 that is holding up the sealing project on Barrington. Virginia tag number VJG-3060. If this is your vehicle move it.

Thankyou to all the residents of Barrington Lane and Stratford Drive for having your vehicles moved on time. No vehicles needed to be towed!
Sharpline worked on filling all the cracks in the parking lots today. The bad weather prevented them from sealcoating the lots today. They will start that tomorrow on Barrington and Stratford. Do not park in the lot so they can get started as early as possible in the morning.
I have received a lot of emails and calls about when Braeburn and Chatham will start. This project is weather permitting, if it rains, the project will be delayed so I cannot give exacts dates. Please continue to check your email and the website for updates.
If your trash service falls on the days your lot is getting worked on, you will need to make arrangements with your provider for pickup,
UPDATE: Sealing project to begin tomorrow, August 7th on Barrington Lane and Stratford Drive. All Barrington Lane and Stratford Drive residents must move their vehicles by 6:30 a.m. Any vehicle not moved will be towed at the owners expense.
The sealing, striping and numbering of lots is scheduled to begin August 7th for Phase 1.
This project will be done in phases.
Phase 1 – Stratford Drive and Barrington Lane completed 8-9-2023
Phase 2 – Braeburn Drive
Phase 3 – Chatham Square
Updates will be sent in an email blast (to those I have an email address for) and posted here and updated daily so please check back often.

On your lots scheduled day, move all vehicles belonging to you by 6:30 a.m. Any vehicle not moved will be towed at the owner’s expense. Contractor will close of the lot with cones. Drying time may take up to 48 hours. Do not move the cones, the contractor will move them when the lot is dry and can be parked on.
This project is weather permitting. Please visit the website often for updates.
Parking will be allowed temporarily along Stratford Drive in areas marked in yellow on the attached map and in visitor areas not blocked off by the contractor. DO NOT park in your neighbors numbered spaces. Parking is NOT PERMITTED on the commons. Banbury and Sutton still need to be repaired before they can be sealed, etc. As soon as that contractor schedules the work I will reach out with more information.
