Coventry Group is responsible for financial administration for the Association and for the administration and maintenance of the common areas and facilities of the community.

Homeowner Assessment Fees

Homeowner Association dues are $444.00 annually per town home and $360.00 annually per single family home. Coupon books are sent at the beginning of the fiscal year with assessments owed the first  of each month. The monthly payment is $37.00  for town homes and $30.00 for single family homes. You may pay your dues in full rather than monthly. There are several flexible payment options here including automatic withdrawal from your checking account, credit card payments and paying by check. Additionally, you can set up a different payment plan that works best with your finances. Please call our office to discuss your options.

Payments not received by the due date will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.

Home Modifications

Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in advance by the homeowners association board.  Huntington Meadow’s Architectural Request Form can be obtained here. Homeowners are advised to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review.

Trash Pickup and recycling

Regular trash pick up is paid and arranged on an individual household basis. Other than trash day, please remember to keep all trash receptacles in your garage or backyard.  All bags need to be in containers and trash can not be allowed accumulate on your lot.

Lawn Care and LANDSCAPING

Common area lawn care is provided through the payment of your dues.  All common area landscaping will be mowed as well as seasonally mulched and maintained.  Individual home lawncare and landscape maintenance are the responsibility of individual homeowners. If you have any concerns about the current lawn maintenance please contact the Community Manager.

Snow Removal

Snow removal in the townhouse section is provided by US Lawns.  Plowing will begin when snow reaches a depth of 3”.  US Lawns is responsible for the streets and parking lots in the town home area  only.  If you have any concerns about their service, please contact your Community Manager. Snow removal on Stratford Drive to the circle and the roads in the single family home section is provided by VDOT. If you have any concerns about their service, please call VDOT directly 800-367-7623.

Deed of Dedication and Bylaws

All HOA’s are governed by a Deed of Dedication, Bylaws and other supporting documents. These are legal and binding documents.  They provide an explanation of the rules and regulations that the homeowners agree to adhere to upon purchasing their home. 

Budget & Annual Meeting Minutes

Your Association’s budget and meeting minutes are for HOA members only. Log in to your Owner Access Portal to obtain these documents.

Virginia Property Owners Complaint Resolution Process

Pursuant to Virginia state law, all homeowners associations must maintain a system to respond to complaints directed to the HOA. A complaint form which includes an explanation of the complaint process can be found here. If after following this procedure, you are still unsatisfied, you must appeal to the state Common Interest Community Board.

Change of Address

Please notify Coventry Group if you relocate but do not sell your home. You can update your information through your Owner Access Portal or you can Contact Us. This assures that you will receive all pertinent information relating to the HOA.
