Please be aware that on trash pickup days the City of Winchester has a policy that they will only pick up 3 bags of trash. This means that you should not add your trash to another’s pile if it exceeds 3 bags. The city may leave the extra bags if they are piled together. You should keep your pile in front of your unit and please keep them separate from your neighbors.
Hint: If you have more than 3 bags you may combine bags into a larger bag so as to not exceed 3.
