Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in advance by the homeowners association board. The Mulberry Terrace’s Architectural Request Form can be found here. Homeowners are advised to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review. Changes should not begin until written approval has been given.

Individual home mowing and landscape maintenance is the responsibility of individual homeowners. If you have any concerns about your lawncare service, please contact your Community Manager.
Snow removal is provided partially by the Town and partially by Aquaflow. Plowing will begin when snow reaches a depth of 3”. The Town/Aquaflow is responsible for the streets only. If there is an ice event, Aquaflow will treat with salt or gravel. If you have any concerns about their service, please contact your Community Manager.
