Merrimans Chase Homeowner Association dues are
$300 / a year,payable in quarterly installments of $75.00.
Payments are due on January 1, April 1, July 1 and October 1.
If your account is in arrears and you would like to set up a payment plan,
please contact our office to discuss your options.
Pay Online
You can pay your dues online through your HOA’s bank, Alliance Association Bank.
Use the following information when paying online:
