Management Services

Coventry Group is responsible for financial administration for the Association and for the administration and maintenance of the common areas and facilities of the community.

Homeowner Assessment Fees

The annual assessment fee for the Association is $840.00.  Payments are due in 4 equal installments of $210.00 payable January 1st, April 1st ,  July 1st and October 1st $180.00.

There are several flexible payment options including automatic withdrawal from your checking account, credit card payments and paying by check. These are all available at the “Pay Your Dues” tab. Additionally, you can set up a different payment plan that works best with your finances. Please call our office to discuss your options.

Payments not received by the due date will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.

Home Modifications

Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in advance by the homeowners association board.  Windstone’s Architectural Request Form can be obtained hereHomeowners are advised to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review.

If you are looking to repair shutters, paint the shutters, doors or replace siding, the association has approved colors. You do not have to submit an ARC form if you are repainting the same color. 

Pool

 

The pool is managed by SuperSplasher Aquatics.  Pool Pass details will be sent out to homeowners in early spring and posted on the website.

Pool Hours:
May 27, 28, and May 29 the pool will be open from 11:00am to 8:00pm.
May 30, 31, and June 1, the pool will be closed.
June 2, the pool will be open from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Beginning June 3, through August 13, the pool will be open daily at 11:00am to 8:00pm
August 15, 16, and 17 the pool will be closed
August 18, the pool will be open from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
August 19, and 20, the pool will be open from 11:00am to 8:00pm
August 21, 22, 23, and 24 the pool will be closed
August 25, the pool will be open 4:00pm to 8:00pm
August 26, and 27 the pool will be open from 11:00am to 8:00pm
August 28, 29, 30, 31, the the pool will be closed
September 1, the pool will be open from 4:00pm to 8:00pm
September 2, 3, and 4 the pool will be open from 11:00am to 8:00pm
The last day the pool is open is September 4.

Any questions about the pool should be directed to your community manager.

Trash Pickup

Regular trash pick up is paid and arranged on an individual household basis. Other than trash day, please remember to keep all trash receptacles in your garage or backyard.  All bags need to be in containers and trash can not be allowed accumulate on your lot.

Lawn Care and LANDSCAPING

Lawn care is provided through the payment of your dues.  All common area landscaping will be mowed as well as seasonally mulched and maintained. All homeowners’ yards will be mowed unless the area is fenced in or the homeowner requests it not to be mowed.  Individual home landscape maintenance is the responsibility of individual homeowners. If you have any concerns about the current lawn maintenance please contact the Property Manager.

Snow Removal

Snow removal is provided by Morrisons’ Excavating.  Plowing will begin when snow reaches a depth of 3”.  Morrison’s is responsible for the streets only.  If there is an ice event, Morrison’s will treat with gravel.  If you have any concerns about their service, please contact your Property Manager.

Deed of Dedication and Bylaws

All HOA’s are governed by a Deed of Dedication, Bylaws and other supporting documents. These are legal and binding documents.  They provide an explanation of the rules and regulations that the homeowners agree to adhere to upon purchasing their home.

Your Association’s budget and meeting minutes are for HOA members only. Log in to your Owner Access Portal to obtain these documents

Virginia Property Owners Complaint Resolution Process

Pursuant to Virginia state law, all homeowners associations must maintain a system to respond to complaints directed to the HOA. A complaint form which includes an explanation of the complaint process can be found here. If after following this procedure, you are still unsatisfied, you must appeal to the state Common Interest Community Board.

Change of Address

Please notify Coventry Group if you relocate but do not sell your home. You can update your information through your Owner Access Portal or you can Contact Us. This assures that you will receive all pertinent information relating to the HOA.
