Seeking Road Crew Employees

The Wilde Acres POA is currently seeking to fill Full-time/Part-time Road Crew positions. Must have valid driver’s license. Pay depends on experience and type of equipment that you can operate. Please contact your community manager for more information or if you have any questions.

Please keep ALL pets on a leash on
the common areas and at the mailbox.

It is an Association rule and a Frederick County law.

The Wilde Acres Subdivision was established in the 1950s in the rural, western part of Frederick County, Virginia. Years later, a POA using the name of Mountain Falls Park was established, but the organziation did not survive. The name did. The community is governed by the Wilde Acres Property Owners’ Association, Inc. (WAPOA, Inc.) through a volunteer Board of Governors.

The community consists of approximately 2,200 lots, over 1,400 acres of wooded land, a small lake, and almost 24 miles of Association maintained roads.

Board and Annual Meetings

Board and Annual Meetings

Your Board of Governors would like to invite you to the first official Information Meeting. It will be held on Sunday, June 11 at 3:00pm in the Community Center (The building next at the bus stop).

We will be hosting these meetings quarterly and it will give you, our members, a chance to ask whatever questions you want to your BOG. These meetings will, in a way, be an extended “Open Forum” that is held at the end of monthly meetings. This will allow us to answer all of your questions while still staying on track in the monthly meetings. It is also held on a Sunday as we understand many members are unable to attend the weekday meetings.

To ensure the board has time to research and accurately answer your questions, please email your question in advance to [email protected] by Wednesday, June 7, 2023.
