Pay Your Dues
Homeowner Association dues are $605.00 per year paid annually. Dues are invoiced December 1st and due January 31st.
If you do not pay your balance in full, you must set up a payment plan by calling Coventry Group at 540-535-0816.
Payment plans are not automatic, but require a call to Coventry.
Payments not received by the due date will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.
Pay Online
You can pay your dues online through your HOA’s bank, Alliance Association Bank.
