Virginia Property Owners Complaint Resolution Process
Pursuant to Virginia state law, all homeowners associations must maintain a system to respond to complaints directed to the POA. A complaint form which includes an explanation of the complaint process can be found here. If after following this procedure, you are still unsatisfied, you must appeal to the state Common Interest Community Board.
