Coventry Group is responsible for financial administration for the Association and for the administration and maintenance of the common areas and facilities of the community.

Homeowner Assessment Fees

The 2024 annual assessment fee for the Association is $740.00.  The payment is due annually on January 1.  Payments can be made until February 1 without penalty.  There are several flexible payment options here including automatic withdrawal from your checking account, credit card payments and paying by check. Additionally, you can set up a different payment plan that works best with your finances. Please call our office to discuss your options.

Payments not received by the due date will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.

Home Modifications

Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in writing in advance by the homeowners association board.  Please submit the application and the plat of construction, design, colors and materials to Coventry Group for consideration. The Architectural Request Form can be obtained here. Homeowners are advised to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review. Beginning modifications before receiving written approval may result in fines from your association.

Trash Pickup

Regular trash pick up is paid and arranged on an individual household basis. Other than your trash day, please remember to keep all trash receptacles out of site.

Lawn Care, LANDSCAPING AND GENERAL MAINTENANCE

Maintenance of the common area is provided by Jeff’s Lawn Care.  All homeowners are responsible for maintaining their own yards. If you have any concerns about the landscaping services, please contact your community manager.

Deed of Dedication and Bylaws

All HOA’s are governed by a Deed of Dedication, Bylaws and other supporting documents. These are legal and binding documents.  They provide an explanation of the rules and regulations that the homeowners agree to adhere to upon purchasing their home. Virginia Property Owners Complaint Resolution Process

Pursuant to Virginia state law, all homeowners associations must maintain a system to respond to complaints directed to the HOA. A complaint form which includes an explanation of the complaint process can be found here. If after following this procedure, you are still unsatisfied, you must appeal to the state Common Interest Community Board.

Change of Address

Please notify Coventry Group if you relocate but do not sell your home. You can update your information through your Owner Access Portal or you can Contact Us. This assures that you will receive all pertinent information relating to the HOA.
