Surrey Square Townhouse Association

Homeowner association assessments are $240.00 per year. Assessments are due on January 1st.

Invoices will be sent in December to each owner.

If your account is in arrears and you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact our office to discuss your options.

Pay Online

You can pay your dues online through your HOA’s bank, Alliance Association Bank.

Use the following information when paying online:
Mgmt. ID – 6794 Assn. ID -SSQ

Please make checks payable to Surrey Square THA.

Then mail your dues payments to:
