Date of Update: November 2, 2021 The weather did not cooperate today. They plan on being there tomorrow to finish.

For anyone who has not been paved you must move your vehicle or it will be towed at the owners expense.

No one will be able to enter or exit the lot once they start paving.

If you have been paved and don’t plan on going anywhere tomorrow you do not need to move your vehicle. If you are going to need to go out you are advised to move your vehicle off site.

For those that have not been paved and don’t need to go anywhere you can park along the curbs temporarily where the orange arrows are. Click here to view a map of the court Make sure that if you park along the curb that you are close to the curb so that others can back out of their spaces.

Date of Update: October 21, 2021

Carroll Construction plans to finish milling this week and begin paving next week. Right now, they do not know exactly what days next week so please check back here for updates often.

Carroll Construction asked that management send a reminder out about not parking on the property during paving operations. They have tried to not inconvenience anyone too much during the milling process but, when they start paving, there cannot be any vehicles on the lot. Once the paving is complete you can park in your spot after the crews have exited the lot for the day.

They expect the paving to take two days to complete and will start in the back of the complex so. Please keep an eye out for the equipment and move your vehicles accordingly.

Date of Update: October 15, 2021

CREWS WILL BE ON SITE TODAY, MONDAY AND POSSIBLY TUESDAY.  PLEASE MOVE VEHICLE FROM PARKING SPOT UNTIL YOUR SPOT IS MILLED. CREWS BEGINNING AT THE REAR OF THE LOT AND WORKING TOWARDS THE ENTRANCE.

ONCE YOUR SPOT HAS BEEN MILLED YOU CAN AGAIN PARK IN YOUR SPOT AND WILL NOT NEED TO MOVE IT UNLESS THE CONTRACTOR NEEDS YOU TO.
