The annual assessment fee for the Association is $330.00 and is invoiced on December 31st and due January 31st. There are several flexible payment options here including automatic withdrawal from your checking account, credit card payments and paying by check. Additionally, you can set up a different payment plan that works best with your finances. Please call our office to discuss your options.

Payments not received by the due date, or set up on an agreed payment plan, will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.

Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in advance by the homeowners association board.  Riverside Villages Architectural Request Form can be obtained here. Homeowners are advised to review the Architectural Guidelines before submitting an application and to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review. 

Regular trash pick up is paid and arranged on an individual household basis. Other than trash day, please remember to keep all trash receptacles in your garage or backyard.  All bags need to be in containers and trash can not be allowed accumulate on your lot.

The Riverside Villages HOA is responsible for lawn maintenance and landscaping in the common areas. The new contract is with U.S. Lawns  and if you are interested in having them doing your individual property you may contact Austin Elliott at 540-877-8883.  If you have any questions or concerns about the landscaping please contact your Community Manager directly to help.

Snow removal is with Monroe’s Landscaping Services and home owners are responsible for sidewalk and driveway snow removal in front of their individual homes.  Also please make every effort to not park in the streets outside the homes when plowing is taking place so that our streets can be cleared as much as possible. Please contact your Community Manager if you have any questions or concerns.

All HOA’s are governed by a Deed of Dedication, Bylaws and other supporting documents. These are legal and binding documents.  They provide an explanation of the rules and regulations that the homeowners agree to adhere to upon purchasing their home.

Your Association’s budget and meeting minutes are for HOA members only. Log in to your Owner Access Portal to obtain these documents.

Please notify Coventry Group if you relocate but do not sell your home. You can update your information through your Owner Access Portal or you can Contact Us. This assures that you will receive all pertinent information relating to the HOA.
