Snow Removal
The streets of your association are maintained by VDOT. All snow plowing is under their jurisdiction and is not controlled by the Association. Please contact VDOT directly with snow removal issues 800-367-7623.
Please note that VDOT uses private contractors to help with snow removal in communities. You may see a truck with the name of a company on it or one that has no information on them.

Virginia Property Owners Complaint Resolution Process
