Coventry Group is responsible for financial administration for the Association and for the administration and maintenance of the common areas and facilities of the community.

Homeowner Assessment Fees
Homeowner Association dues are $225.00 per year. Assessments are invoiced on December 15th and are due by March 15th. Interest may apply to all overdue amounts. There are several flexible payment options here including automatic withdrawal from your checking account, credit card payments and paying by check. Additionally, you can set up a different payment plan that works best with your finances. Please call our office to discuss your options.

Payments not received by the due date will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.
Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in advance by the homeowners association board. Nadenbousch Heights’ Architectural Request Form can be obtained here (coming soon). Homeowners are advised to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review. Beginning modifications before receiving written approval may result in fines from your association.s.
Snow removal is the responsbility of the WV Department of Transporation. Snow removal is not provided by the Association. If you have concerns about the plowing, please contact the WV Department of Transportation.
All HOA’s are governed by a Deed of Dedication, Bylaws and other supporting documents. These are legal and binding documents. They provide an explanation of the rules and regulations that the homeowners agree to adhere to upon purchasing their home. Nadenbousch Heights’ governing documents can be downloaded here:
