Pay Your Dues
Homeowner Association dues are $450.00 per year for end units with streetlights and $500.00 per year for non-end units and end units without streetlights. Assessments are invoiced on January 1st and are due on March 1st. Interest may apply to all overdue amounts.
If your account is in arrears and you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact our office to discuss your options.
Pay Online
You can pay your dues online through your HOA’s bank, Alliance Association Bank.
