The Mulberry Terrace HOA Board Meets periodically throughout the year. Meetings are held at the Offices of Coventry Group, located at 2045 Valley Ave., Ste. 100, Winchester, VA 22601. Please contact your HOA Manager, Allen Grimm, if you plan to attend or would like an item added to the Agenda. The 2023 Meeting dates and times are listed below:
Wednesday, April 12th at 7:00 pm – Board Meeting
Tuesday, October 24th at 7:00 pm – Annual Meeting, followed by Board Meeting
All homeowners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
