The Adjoining Property Owner letters have been mailed out, though we encourage you share this information with others. Our office is doing everything we can to get the notifications out, while also keeping everyone safe and adhering to the Governor’s current Executive Order.  

A public hearing will be held on this request by the Warren County Planning Commission on January 13, 2021, beginning at 7:00 PM, in the Warren County Government Center Board Room.  You may wish to attend the public hearing and express your opinion on the above-noted application.  Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, citizens are invited and encouraged to submit comments on this matter to [email protected]  or by mail to the Warren County Planning Department, 220 North Commerce Avenue, Suite 400, prior to the public hearing. Attendance to this meeting requires that a face mask be worn while in the Warren County Government Center and social distancing be practiced in accordance with the Governor’s current Executive Order.

Please note that County Staff have determined that there will be a 35 person limit for audience members in the Government Center Board Room. The 35 person limit allows adequate room for six feet of social distancing as required by the Governor’s current Executive Order. The public hearing will also be livestreamed on the County’s website. Please contact the Planning Department if you would like to attend the meeting in person. You can also submit your comments in writing to the Planning Department and they will be read by staff at the public hearing.
