Assessments are $900.00 and billed in quarterly installments of $225.00; due on the 1st of Jan, April, July and October with a 30 day payment period. There are several flexible payment options here including automatic debit and credit card payments and paying by check. Additionally, you can set up a different payment plan that works best with your finances. Please call our office to discuss your options.

Payments not received by the due date will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.

Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in advance by the homeowner’s association board.  Meadows Edge Architectural Request Form can be obtained here and also visit the Architectural Guideline page. Homeowners are advised to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review.

  Trash pick-up is on Wednesday early morning and provided by American Disposal Services, Inc. Trash containers should be placed near the curb anytime after 6:00 p.m. prior to pick up day and containers should be removed by Wednesday evening.  Trash cans and recycling containers must be stored out of view of the street or adjoining properties at all times, except on scheduled pickup days. Screened areas for trash and recycling container storage may be incorporated into a deck design.

The roads in Meadows Edge are state maintained.  VDOT is responsible for snow removal.  Please contact them directly with any snow removal issues 800-367-7623.

NOTE: VDOT often contracts snow removal out to independent contractors (you may see trucks with a company name on it or that does not identify itself at all).  

Homeowners are responsible for the upkeep and mowing of their own lawn. Common areas are mowed by Shenandoah Landscaping and payment is covered by the Association. If you have any concerns or questions, please contact your Community Manager.

All HOA’s are governed by a Deed of Dedication, Bylaws and other supporting documents. These are legal and binding documents.  They provide an explanation of the rules and regulations that the homeowners agree to adhere to upon purchasing their home.

Pursuant to Virginia state law, all homeowners associations must maintain a system to respond to complaints directed to the HOA. A complaint form which includes an explanation of the complaint process can be found here. If after following this procedure, you are still unsatisfied, you must appeal to the state Common Interest Community Board.

Please notify Coventry Group if you relocate but do not sell your home. You can update your information through your Owner Access Portal or you can Contact Us. This assures that you will receive all pertinent information relating to the HOA.
