Homeowner Association dues are $350.00 per year.  Assessments are invoiced on December 1st and are due on January 1st. Interest may apply to all overdue amounts. There are several flexible payment options here including automatic withdrawal from your checking account, credit card payments and paying by check. Additionally, you can set up a different payment plan that works best with your finances. Please call our office to discuss your options.

Payments not received by the due date will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.

Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in advance by the homeowners association board.  McGinnis Point’s Architectural Request Form can be obtained here. Homeowners are advised to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review. Beginning modifications before receiving written approval may result in fines from your association.s.

Trash removal and recycling is not provided by the association and is the responsibility of individual homeowners.

Landscaping of the common areas is provided by the Association. Homeowners are responsible for the care and upkeep of their own lots. If you have any questions or concerns about the landscaping, please contact your Community Manager.

Snow removal on the community’s roads is provided by the Association. If you have any questions or concerns about this service, please contact your Community Manager.

All HOA’s are governed by a Deed of Dedication, Bylaws and other supporting documents. These are legal and binding documents.  They provide an explanation of the rules and regulations that the homeowners agree to adhere to upon purchasing their home. Your Association’s budget and meeting minutes are for HOA members only. Log in to your Owner Access Portal to obtain these documents.

Please notify Coventry Group if you relocate but do not sell your home. You can update your information through your Owner Access Portal or you can Contact Us. This assures that you will receive all pertinent information relating to the HOA.
