Meeting schedule:

Management held a meeting on April 27th at 6:00 p.m. and quorum was not met.

Your community needs board members.  Board members must be in good standing in paying their assessments and maintaining their properties.  Management has been taking care of the day to day business of the association, paying the bills, taking complaints, repairs to the street lights, etc.  Your community needs a Board of Directors to make decisions for the community.

Most of the board business is done via email.  Board members are expected to attend 4 quarterly meetings a year, make decisions on behalf of the association to make improvements in the community.

Interested in joining the board?  Your community needs volunteers to serve on the board.

Meeting will be in the conference room at Coventry Group, 2045 Valley Avenue, Winchester, 22601
