Meetings are held in the conference room at Coventry Groups office, 2045 Valley Avenue, #100, Winchester, 22601
All homeowners are welcome to attend.
Your community needs board members. Board members must be in good standing; current on your assessments and property has no outstanding violations.
Management has been taking care of the day to day business of the association, paying the bills, taking complaints, repairs to the street lights, etc. Your community needs a Board of Directors to make decisions for the community.
Most of the board business is done via email. Board members are expected to attend 4 quarterly meetings a year, make decisions on behalf of the association to make improvements in the community.
