The 2021/2022 Budget was recently approved at the May 2021 Board Meeting. This budget requires an increase in the member assessments from $178 annually to $300 annually. This increase will insure that we have the funding necessary to support the community and provide the services needed to maintain the common areas and save for future expenditures. We recognize that this is an unexpected increase and the board has decided to invoice the payments semi-annually with due dates of July 1st and January 1st.
