Payments not received by the due date will be subject to finance charges and enforcement procedures of the Association which can include placing a lien on the home or seeking a personal judgment for the amount owed.
Home AND PROPERTY Modifications
Changes to the exterior of your home or lot must be approved in advance by the homeowners association board. Hampton Chase’s Architectural Request Form can be obtained here. Homeowners are advised to submit applications well in advance of any planned improvements in order to allow adequate time for review.

Virginia Property Owners Complaint Resolution Process
Pursuant to Virginia state law, all homeowners associations must maintain a system to respond to complaints directed to the HOA. A complaint form can be found here. If after following this procedure, you are still unsatisfied, you must appeal to the state Common Interest Community Board.
