Cottage Glen Homeowners Association

Homeowner Association dues are $175.00/month per lot.
Payments are due on the first of each month.

If your account is in arrears and you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact our office to discuss your options.

Pay Online

You can pay your dues online through your HOA’s bank, Alliance Association Bank.

Use the following information when paying online:
Mgmt. ID – 6794 Assn. ID – CTG

Please make checks payable to Cottage Glen POA.

Then mail your dues payments to:
