Deed of Dedication and Bylaws
All HOA’s are governed by a Deed of Dedication, Bylaws and other supporting documents. These are legal and binding documents. They provide an explanation of the rules and regulations that the homeowners agree to adhere to upon purchasing their home. Cottage Glen’s governing documents can be downloaded here.
Budget & Annual Meeting Minutes
Your Association’s budget and meeting minutes are for HOA members only. Log in to your Owner Access Portal to obtain these documents.
Virginia Property Owners Complaint Resolution Process
Pursuant to Virginia state law, all homeowners associations must maintain a system to respond to complaints directed to the HOA. A complaint form which includes an explanation of the complaint process can be found here. If after following this procedure, you are still unsatisfied, you must appeal to the state Common Interest Community Board.
