Well, it looks like Spring is approaching and you know what that means, time to start tackling those weeds and begin cutting that grass. Isn’t it amazing how fast it grows? But on the up side that nicely mowed grass sure looks good! If you have tenants occupying your home please make sure they know the expectations regarding the landscaping and mowing etc. Also, with the high winds that we’ve had, it is always a good idea to check on the roof shingles and siding that can sometimes come up or become dislodged and potentially cause greater damage to your home if left unrepaired.

Coventry Group has been tasked with periodic inspections at which point Violation letters will be sent out.  Recurring Violations are subject to fines.  This is just a friendly reminder!!

The main items to focus on are:

  • Trash Cans need to be stored behind homes except for days of pick-up. Trash cans are not to be stored in the front of homes. All Trash must be in cans or bag. NO trash is to be placed out BEFORE Sunday evening. Trash placed out before Sunday evening, subject to be fined.
  • Guest parking Association Residents are Prohibited from parking in the Visitor spaces positioned in front of the units. Vehicles will be towedat owner’s expense. Unregistered or abandoned vehicles can be towed away without notice. 
  • Fences need to be in a vertical position and not falling over. All posts are to be intact and no panels are to be broken.
  • Lawns back yards need to be mowed and front yards to be kept uncluttered and well maintained, including shrubs and bushes. No bicycles or toys are to be left outside. No bush, shrub, or tree can be blocking a sidewalk. Please trim trees to 6’ above sidewalks, if trees are not trimmed, we will have it done at your expense.
  • Shingles– Check for missing roof shingles and fascia and repair these as soon as possible to prevent water damage to your home.
  • Dogs please be considerate of your neighbors when it comes to your dog’s barking. Many homeowners keep different hours and sleep at different times. Also, you are required to pick up after your dog.
  • Paint on your house needs to be of an approved color by the HOA. This includes trim, doors, frames, and gutters.
