Homeowner Association dues are $350.00/year per lot. A capital contribution of $100.00 is also assessed annually. Payments are due January 1st.

If your account is in arrears and you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact our office to discuss your options.

Pay Online

You can pay your dues online through your HOA’s bank, Alliance Association Bank.

Use the following information when paying online:

Please make checks payable to Cedar Spring Estates Townhouse Lots Prop Assoc.

Then mail your dues payments to:
