The Greenwood Mill Elementary School has an after hours fitness room that is accessible to all the local residents. The costs are typically cheaper than most local work-out facilities and can give you a nice jump start on getting into shape for the summer… or whatever season you want to get into shape for. Check with the local Frederick County Parks and Rec to see what the hours and costs are.
