Pay Your Dues
Property Owner Association dues are $636.00/year per lot. Coupon books are sent at the beginning of the fiscal year (November) with dues owed the last day of each month. The monthly payment is $53.00. You may pay your dues in full rather than monthly.
An annual insurance assessment of $14.00 is assessed to each homeowner and is due by November 30th.
If your account is in arrears and you would like to set up a payment plan, please contact our office to discuss your options.

You can pay your dues online through your POA’s bank, Alliance Association Bank.
