Sheetz submitted the plans to build a Sheetz store at the bottom of Apple Mountain Lake. Planning and Zoning will begin reviewing the site plans and consider rezoning the parcel from Agricultural to Commercial . The site plan as submitted did not include the final hydrology study or the VDOT traffic study. If the additional reports are submitted prior to the 8th of October, Sheetz plan could be on the October Planning and Zoning meeting. The October meeting would be to set the date for the public hearing and no input from the community will be heard at the meeting. Meeting dates and reports will be published on the website to keep homeowners up to date on the Sheetz rezoning application
